Refund policy

Returns: You can return unused items in original packaging within 15 days of delivery. Some items like personalized products or used appliances cannot be returned.

Refunds: Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or wrong.

Exchanges & Damages: If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will arrange a replacement.
